If the stool gets a little loose back off the organ, if all goes well you could try backing off the meat and increasing the amount of organ until you are feeding an all organ meal once a week or so.
What type of organ are you planning to feed?

Thank you. The only organ meat that I found at the supermarket was Ox Heart. Sometimes they have kidney, but i see the Ox heart pretty much every time I am there.
