I feel that it's on me to let the world know that there needs to be a better procedure in place of transporting animals from the aircraft to their owners. It's not just dogs, all animals! That might be an option as you stated trish603a to get the news involved. I don't want millions of dollars because of his death, but some form of compensation to cover the cost of me getting another pup and some gesture of sympathy. I have recieved nothing but silence from either the airport or airline. To me being in the service is a "NO GO"! The station manager at the airport gave me his card and said that if I needed anything let him know. I contacted him this morning and he doesn't want to discuss anything with me other than to say he's refering me to the customer care center and that I will hear something from them today. It's currently 1700 EST and guess what, still nothing.... Thank you all again for your prayers and sympathy during this lose!! |
