What did the autopsy show? That will tell you a lot about how to proceed against either the airline or the airport. While the med level may not have been an overdose, he may have been extra sensitive to the medication, or other factors were involved as well.

I'm not terribly surprised that you have not been contacted, but I'd sure expect a call or letter this week, or have your attorney beat them to it with a demand letter.
