Give her more time. The loss of the puppy, may have been stressful for her. Too many folks milling about, at this particular time, may be more than she can handle. She sounds a bit on the timid and softer side. Don't make it worse.

Perhaps, before such a large number of people arrive, make sure she's recently pottied. Then leave her a place her crate or another room, where she can retreat when things begins to overwhelm her. Don't make a fuss over her. Don't coddle her, and feed into this behavior.

Make sure she doesn't have UTI. Two year old dogs don't usually begin wetting the bed without a reason. Urinary tract infections are #1 on my list, when or if, that happens!

Next, consider a V-E-R-Y positive training class. She's a sensitive creature, and training classes would build her confidence. I prefer clicker training as it ALWAYS focus' on the positive aspects of training. Give it a try!
