I am sorry for the loss of your other dog...and yes, dogs who are under stress frequently forget their house training. It sounds like she's had to deal with quite a few changes...give her time and all should be well. If not, and she continues to have accidents, PLEASE take her to the vet to make certain it isn't related to a health issue such as a urinary tract infection.
