Read the stickies in breeding, then go to the rescue part of the forum and maybe you will begin to understand where people on this site are coming from.
You come here after the fact and ask questions. Research into breeding your dogs should have come FIRST.
Yes, we all know how wonderful rotties are or we wouldn't be on this site.
Go to petfinder or do a search for rottie rescues and you will see how many wonderful and desirable dogs are up for adoption. This is because people like you want to breed their "nice" dogs.
I have two nice dogs. Well one nice dog (a GSDx) and the best dog in the world (rottiex). At least he is in my opinion. Yet both my dogs are spayed/neutered. Why? Because I will reiterate again that the world is full of wonderful, nice, great dogs.
As far as registered, it is a piece of paper, nothing more. The only thing is proves is your dogs lineage.
Your dogs have no health clearances, no titles from showing, no nothing. Even then there are many COE breeders who have put all this time and effort into their dogs and still will not breed a dog because they feel it will not help to better the breed.
Spay and neuter you dogs, and enjoy them for the wonderful pets that they are.
