By your own admission, you're a novice. (And your posting clearly confirms this as you are so ill-informed you think the clearances Terri Lambert referenced are gotten from your vet, you think your vet is an authority on breeding, and you think the puppies produced by your bitch and dog would have even better pups. And that's only for starters.)
Someone with your lack of knowledge has no business breeding. I'm not being sarcastic or unkind or elitist.

Read thru the postings in Breeding. Then read thru the postings in Rescue.
