I am not aware of any breed specific laws in Delaware County. I live in the Phila area, and the one club I train with has a very large contingent of rotties (but it's in a diff. co.) They are a pretty popular breed around where I live too.
I would assume that the normal laws apply in DelCo: leash law, rabies law, pick-up-the-poop law.
If your dogs are microchipped, I would suggest that if they aren't already registered with a national ID registry, to do so before you leave (AVID PetTrac, AKC CAR, etc) |
