Re: Mandible Tumor - 8 year old male?

Thanks, Leslie...

I actually came here as soon as his behavior started to change, as it was just the 'straw that broke the camel's back.' Though I couldn't post right away as I had to create a new account, and then I found it best to wait until I had the results of his MRI.

Strangely, yesterday, in the midst of his odd behavior, I had scheduled the vet appt. he had yesterday, in which he got the referral to the neurologist, and he had been hiding under my desk (i work at home) which he doesn't normally do. And it was just when i was reading the the "help, my best friend..." thread, and i must admit, i got a little misty, but that's when Ben turned around, and rested his head on my thigh, looking up at me, and didn't move until it was time for the appointment.

Whether it was him comforting me, him telling me that he needed help, or him acknowledging that I had stumbled onto what was going on, or none of the above - I know he was in tune...
