Moe, the advice given still stands. Get your pup into obedience training so that you learn about acceptable dog behaviour or you will have a huge problem on your hands. Whether your pup is the one doing the bullying or the one being bullied...either way it's because you are not doing your job. Protect your pup, train him, he deserves no less.

Do not allow your pup to run up and lick people. Some people will strongly object and you can be sure as he gets bigger people will be fearful when he runs up to them. They'll think he's running up to them for other reasons.
