Nisha sounds like she's in very good care!! Ask your vet about possible weigh gain. My boy did gain weigh, seemed he was hungry all the time.
I did use human grade Milk Thistle(bought at a discount house. Also kept Rescue Remedy on hand for after seizures. Watson had reg blood draws to check liver functions.
If epilepsy is the culprit, yahoo groups has a very good support forum.
