Have you talked to your vet about pain relief? Rotti's don't always show how much pain they are truly in. If you are going to keep her with you for a bit and she's not currently on anything for pain that is one step you can take to help her be more comfortable.
There are others on here with lots of great advice and expertise. Another option is to do a search on 'Hip Dysplasia'.
