After looking at the video, something really weird is going on!
It almost looks like she is frightened out of her skin.
One thing I notice in the clip,was that she does not want to walk on the shiny floor...and only wants to stay on the carpet. What material is that floor? I wonder about some electrical charge going through it?
What I would do when/if she starts this again...is put her in the crate right away...take her collar and leash off, and cover the crate up with a sheet and turn out the lights. It would be good if you had a plastic crate...the metal may be conducting electricity?
I also would not try to sooth or comfort her (I know it's hard not to do) , but often it get's them even more worked up.
I've seen dogs zapped by e-collars behave this way....that's why I'm wondering if it's something electrical in your home??
Hope you get things figured out soon. She is a gorgeous girl.
