Poor girl she looks absolutely petrified of something.
Have the vets checked out central nervous system its the only thing that I can think of that hasnt been mentioned before.
Hope you can find something soon that must be absolutely terrifying for you having to watch your baby go through that and be able to do nothing to ease her distress.
My thoughts are with you at this time.
