I sure hope not because My 4 month old is 33 lbs and I think she looks good. Yes, she seems smaller (not thin) than I think she should be, but she looks good and the vet has given her approval (healthy). I really wouldn't be too worried, especially if you check out the sites Angelbunny provided and if his vet says he's healthy.
