that's a very hard situation to deal with... specially when u r promised one thing n at the end u get nothing! IMO I don't believe in putting a deposit specially with:
1. a pup that hasn't been borned.
2. a completely stranger whom u have no background n just the internet as feed back =P
my question at hand to the OP is, why didn't u ask for a proof of a deposit? specially with that amount.
now n days u can't relied on peoples ethic unless u have documentation to back it up. n even then u still have to becareful on whom u deal with. |
