It's called the "Ultimate Dog Training Vest" (It's for people to wear, not the dog). It's actually a jacket with removable sleeves to turn it into a vest. I've bought a couple of them over the years, and they are REALLY nice. I especially liked the removeable sleeve option....I think this is the only training vest I've seen that has that ability, and it makes it a real all-season jacket/vest. Lots of big pockets in the front for balls/toys, a couple velcro straps to secure a bite roll, a big pocket across the back for large stuff, and a removable treat pocket on the front. The picture does not do it justice (it's a pic of the older model from years ago). The newer model I just got is made of much better material, and the collar is black like the rest of the jacket now.
