Wow that's a big Rottie.
I don't know about others, but Max has always grown longer, then taller, then his head would catch up. So he'd look like a weiner dog for a bit
Right now, he's going through another growth spurt. He looks like a 90lb weiner dog! It's pretty cute. Hopefully his legs will catch up soon.
