| dog breaks cable tie-out
This is just an FYI for those who might consider using a cable to contain their dog...I was chatting with my neighbor over my fence when we saw a bunny in the yard across the street. It had just hopped down into the next yard when we heard this loud "pop" and the neighbor's dobie came running out from the side yard after the rabbit. Several neighbors who had been outside went running after the dobe...the bunny escaped and the dog was caught. The owner came out..said it was a brand new cable...my friend (who was one of the ones who went after Justice) saw the cable and said it was quite thick...apparantly a "motivated" dog is capable of snapping it without much effort!! |
