Rottcrazed- I don't know what shows you have been to but malamutes don't make adult rotties look small. Malamutes have thick coat and the standard for a male is 85lbs. Male Rottweilers are 110-130lbs.
I agree about roughly 10lbs per month but as long as they look healthy and sound everything will be alright. If they put too much weight to fast, it is more likely to have Pano, hd as it puts stress on the joints and bones.
