It's toxoplasmosis. Very rare for dogs to be infected, though, cats are much more likely, namely those who catch and eat wildlife. I suppose a dog who snacks on a litter box would be more susceptible than most. The meats most often found with contamination are pork, lamb, and venison and the parasite can be killed by freezing to 9 degrees F as well as by cooking thoroughly.
