I would not be thinking HD at this point - you KNOW your dog took a pretty big leap - it's clearly an acute type injury. She's still limping after two days - you know something's not right!
I would not wait to get her to a vet - I would crate rest her and try to get her in today. It is entirely possible that she has dislocated something, fractured a bone, torn a ligament, hurt her back, etc.
If she HAS - waiting isn't going to help things. I hope she feels better soon!
