What else are you feeding besides the Canidae? Any training treats, marrow bones, bully sticks, greenies,rawhides, dog biquits, leftovers, fruits, toast, pizza crust,etc???
If your pup is eating any of the above...try eliminating them for a week...and see what happens.
If you are not feeding anything besides the food...try adding in a tablespoon of natural plain yogurt once a day to the food and see if that helps.
Is your pup eating grass right now? Fresh grass tends to make them gassy also.
If all else fails, change the food...if you are feeding the Canidae ALS, try feeding the Canidae Chicken & Rice.
