No, there is no training involved. This test evaluates how the dog reacts to different situations and stimuli. They want to see the dog's reaction to a neutral stranger, friendly stranger, noisy object, gun shots, a suddenly opening umbrella, walking on strange surfaces (plastic sheeting and wire grating on the ground), person acting strangely, and a threatening stranger. You are not supposed to talk to your dog or give any cues or corrections. They want to see the dog's natural reactions to these things. |
