I would say that's way too much too young. My breeder made me sign an agreement that I would do any road work with her until she's 2 years.
The farthest we go now [she's 29 weeks] is a 2 km walk consisting of 1 km on the beach off lead, totally at her own pace, and 1 km of leash work. I do admit that she doesn't seem at all tired afterwards, but we make a point of limiting the distance for the sake of her joints. |
