Unless this is a Great Dane, there is no way that any Rottweiler should weigh that amount!! There is nothing wrong with a rib or two showing...especially if you have an oversized dog. Keeping him slim and trim will help him orthopedically.
Give him another 20 lbs....but please do NOT let him gain so much weight.
Most Rottweilers that I see owned by the general public are overweight.
