I've had this problem before. Oh, the joys of fostering.

Until I get the all-clear from the vet, I try to make sure that any foster potties in a separate area of the yard (for me, that means going out, on leash, at the small side section of the house). Just to keep any exposure to a minimum.

I also just dump diluted bleach on any potty spots. It makes for icky grass spots, but I am paranoid about clean-up.
