Skip I agree that priority #1 is helping the future of the breed but do you think bad of a small breed dog with a spike collar? Maybe instead of taking the frustration we have with people being irresponsible we try and educate them and to tell you the truth I don't see how a collar is going to do that. People look at the Dog before they ever see the collar.
