I have a 2 year 4 month old rottie and he stalled in height and weight. i dont believe males completely grow into there bodies till after 3. I keep him at a working weight we walk about 2 miles everyday and he is very agile is able to jump quite high. I just took him to the vet and the vet indicated that he was at the perfect weight which is about 87 lbs. It is more important to keep him healthy with a shiny coat that to be overweight and put to much strain on there joints. And now I have a 3 month old female who is at the active growing age of gaining 3 lbs a week. Good luck and i am sure with in a couple of years you will be amazed and the changes they make. |
