No breeder can claim that all of their pups are show quality - good grief, you are lucky if you have 2 or 3 in an average litter of 6 or 7. So for her to say that and say that the 'first born male' is yours, well, that is a crock of you know what.
I would venture a guess you may have some difficulty getting your deposit back, but I would start asking for it now. Who on earth would want 3 litters at one time? Not me, but to each his own, I second that this in no way sounds like a COE breeder.
