Well, spiked collars are not just for rotties, but I agree with what you said.
Also, if your aim is to try and deter someone from getting a spiked collar, pointing them to lame collars on the opposite end of the spectrum is not going to work. Perhaps a thick, solid leather collar would be a good alternative, but a nylon collar with a name and phone number is not even close to what the poster was looking for.
Seriously though... those spikes hurt and the cool looking collars are too expensive for every day wear. I do use them on Halloween, though. I love the pinch collars, also from Petsmart. They look good and are inexpensive. I dont keep them on them except when they are walking though. |
