You have a puppy, you only have one chance to make sure this puppy grows properly, and that means a balanced diet. You should be feeding a variety of meats, and organ meats, and make sure that there is enough calcium in the diet from eating bones. Stick with a prepared raw diet for now, or a good quality kibble...if you are not sure that you are feeding a balanced diet to your puppy by feeding it a variety of meats...that means beef, pork, lamb..as well as heart, liver, kidney from all of these animals too.

I've only been feeding him raw for 2 weeks and from what I've read I have to get him used to eating raw meat before I can start offering all kinds of different stuff . So far I've given him gizzards, chicken live, chicken back, chicken breast. I figure in another week or so I'll throw in some beef / pork/fish etc.
The 80-10-10% model is what I'm using and 2-3% of the estimated adult weight for the portions.
