I would not spend one more moment of time with this breeder ! When I began my search for a breeder I finally after almost a year, found what I was looking for. She was glad answer my many emails, talk on the phone, invited us to spend as much time as we needed looking at and interacting with the puppies, asked for at least a monthly update and pics of the puppy in addition to wanting to know any classes, certifications etc etc the puppy received.

In my humble opinion any reputable breeder will be wiling to spend the time and make the effort to make sure the new owner is suitable for a rottie pup and also well educated on the breed.

Keep looking ….it may take a bit of time but you will find what you are looking for !
