If it was me .. I'd wait. But this is just IMO. I'd get her through the puppy "teens" first because those can be trying. Have her spayed at 12-18 months, then if you want another, go for it.
Busy her mind with training classes. Do short training sessions on your walks. Short 5 minute ones in the house. Figure out what she likes to do best, and do that with her. Maybe tracking? Just an example.
The reason this is my personal viewpoint is Rottie teen time can be buggery to get through. Having two to deal with at this time can put a lot of added stress to an already difficult situation. Plus, I'd want the one I had to be the perfect breed ambassador before I turned around and went through it again :). |
