Why on earth would you want to breed these two breeds together. You are just going to get very dangerous dogs. The Tosa has a very high fight drive, dog aggression and more and mixing that withn the Rottweilers drives is going to make one horrible horrible dog
If you were in the US, I'd say you were planning on a lawsuit after one of the pups bites someone
