I wouldn't worry about it, especially if they are really small. When my guy was 4 months he got hurt doing something (I don't know how) and had a scab on his muzzle. I thought it would scar and the hair wouldn't grow back and it would be there forever.
It only took about a month for it to go away and now at 7 months it is completely gone and you can't even tell anything had ever happened.
You can also have it checked out by a vet if you really are that worried about it though. |
