Is your dog teething? That can change the ear setting. You may want to try and tape them or massage them. I'm not sure if that will help but if you do a search I'm sure there is something on here that will tell you how to do this properly. If it were my dog, I'd leave them and let them be what will be. It gives her character. She's a cutie.
