mine (9 weeks) does the same but I give the leash a gentle nudge and say come , when he moves we go straight inside. Or you can follow the advise given above and use treats to lure him etc. etc.
Also maybe he's not finished with his business yet , I know that happend to me the other day and he had an accident inside . |
