Don't be afraid to move forward. Nytro had about 485 days to fill the world around him with puppy love and antics. Be willing to let the pain of losing him fade so that you can be free to move forward treasuring all the joy that he brought on every one of those days.

Moving forward doesn't leave them behind. They move keep moving forward with you - in your heart, in the strange feeling that you still feel their presence in your home after they pass on, and in the strange way a future rottweiler in your life will mysteriously pick up that one mannerism you knew and loved so well from a previous dog.

The pain fades and the love stays. But it certainly does take a while to let the pain wash away. When it does, you'll find that he's still at your side.
