| Not interested in Nature's Variety?
Thor was previously eating Canidae from about 5 months to 9 months, and he was a MAJOR food hound. I switched him to Nature's Variety Prairie, mostly for rotation, and because I like the fact that I can rotate within the same brand without gradual changes.
Problem is, he's not a big fan of it. He only eats when he's really hungry. He has no problems skipping breakfast, and sometimes lunch even. He usually eats dinner. I still feed him 3 times a day because he comes to work with me, so it's convenient. He gets about 1 1/4 cups per feeding.
I have tried chicken, and now beef, and his reation didn't change. He just looks at me like I'm the bad guy. Could it just be that he doesn't like it? Or is he maybe growing out of the food hound stage? He's 10 months now. Should I be worried? He's perfectly normal otherwise. |
