Hopefully everything is okay and your can set your mind at ease. It's amazing what they can eat and pass through safely-
(WARNING: GROSS INFO AHEAD:) Our one dog managed to get in some trash and eat a tampon once   - something we weren't aware of until she passed it a few days later. How the string and fibers didn't get tangled in her intestines somehow is beyond me but she safely passed it and was fine.
Keep us updated on how she's doing!
(PS- LOVE the name Nikki- that's our Rottweiler, too!  )
