to me, it's more about the individual trainers' methods and manners. not the name of the place.
if you are getting better attention, you get more one on one, you see yourself making progress, and there is less disruptions, then why not?
sounds like your other trainer is overbooked with that many dogs in a puppy class.
if you still want a second place-look around. contact local dog clubs for info on their classes.
