I use the doggie pants (undies) and just use a regular always pad in them (thin), and change it out as needed. I have the ones that are velcro sides and can be adjusted, never had a problem with them. The best part is they are wash/dry able. Just remember for the first couple of days to take them off
when she needs to do her business. My husband would forget, and I was washing doggie undies daily
