She is 4 months old, but she is only 27lbs....she was the runt :o) I have given her up to 3 cups a day, and she never finishes it. she gets 1 cup in the morning, and 1 cup and night, and she never acts like she wants more. she looks great, and the vet says shes healthy. I think 2 cups is sufficent for now, but i dont expect it to be that way forever. i assume she will let us know when she needs more! however, if she should be eating more than that, please let me know. this is our first time owning a rottie. we have had chows and shepeard mixes in the past, so this is all new to us! i just want to make sure i'm doing right by our pup! |
