I usually feed according to what the puppy or dog looks and feels like. You should be able to feel the ribs with out much effort but you should not be able to see them. It depends on the activity level of the puppy to decide how much food he/she needs. I have very active rotties who eat between 3-5 cups of food a day split into two meals. One is two years old the other is six years old. When they were puppies they ate at times six cups of food a day and I was feeding Innova or Eagle Pack now I feed exclusively Eagle Pack. |
