Is your pup still testing positive for giardia? I had this problem many years ago. Our vet told me that giardia isn't necessarily curable, gave us a prescription diet and we were able to manage the problem. I don't remember the details.

I would try talking to a holistic vet if yours doesn't have any new ideas.
