One a day?? That's not bad.....you're lucky, she's still on the minimum dosage. My Vet
started Xena on 2-pills, twice a day. It seemed to be the right amount for her, as she was able to use her leg again......somewhat at least.
Before the medicine, she held it up 100% of the time!! But every dog has their own threshold for pain. She made the dosage based on the size of Xena's tumor, which was like a plum at the time. By the end, (Yesterday, as you know) it was almost a tennis ball..............and we were up to 3-pills, 4-times a day.
