How often is she fed? Often the bile comes up from a tummy that's too empty....something as simple as giving her a Milkbone every few hours might take care of the problem.
My dog has a tendency to hurl in response to stress (or excitement - same thing, really), also. I found that out the first time I took her temp at 9 weeks old and "blurp" went her breakfast. It's only an occasional problem for her, but she does get a bit of a snack in between meals, too, so maybe that helps her.
