If you find she is climbing the fence, use PVC pipe attached at about 5 feet high. It's a common method used to keep cats in. I know its a bit of an eyesore, but their paws slip off, preventing them from climbing.
As a kid, our little 35lb lhasa Apso Yorkshire Terrier mix could scale a 6 foot privacy in less than 30 seconds.
