Glad to hear that Jett was found.
She really should have a collar with your I.D. on it...when your neighbours found her they would have been able to let you know right away.
I think it's great that you are putting up a run. I would not be leaving a puppy out alone outside in a yard. Too many things to get into and the fear of being stolen.
